Refund and Returns Policy -

At Nayab Collection, we value our customers and strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it under the following conditions:

1. Return Eligibility

Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
Returns will not be accepted for items that have been used, damaged, or altered.

2. Return Fee

A flat return fee of PKR 250 will be charged on all return requests.
The fee will be deducted from the refund amount or must be paid before the exchange process.

3. Refunds

Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected by our team.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (bank account, card, or wallet) within 7–10 working days.
Delivery charges are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please place a new order and return the unwanted item following our return policy.
The return fee of PKR 250 will still apply.
