At Nayab Collection, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. This Refund & Return Policy explains the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Returns are only accepted for products that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Certain items (e.g., sale items, custom orders, undergarments) are non-returnable and non-refundable.
2. Return/Exchange Process
To initiate a return or exchange:

Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.
Our team will review your request and provide instructions.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
In case of defective, damaged, or incorrect items, Nayab Collection will cover the return shipping fee.
A PKR 250 return handling fee will be deducted from refunds (if applicable).
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only after the returned item passes our quality inspection.
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method or as store credit within 7–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose an alternative product or receive store credit.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement before shipping.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
